So our
forecast said that there was a chance of snow with less than an inch possible. BOY WERE THEY DEAD WRONG!!!!! It snowed most of the day but didn't stick really because ground was so warm and then around 4:30 huge snowflakes and temperatures dropped and it started piling up like crazy and we ended up with over a foot, if all of it had stuck it would have been A LOT more. Crazy how nice the weather has been and
BAM have some winter again:) It is beautiful though. But lots of accidents on I-70. Our power went out about 8:30 last night and didn't come back on till
about 4am this morning. We saw they glow from the transformer blowing and with all the trees bending and breaking I am sure the power company was BUSY!!!

ReplyDeleteWe never got so much as a flake, but My Honey told me he had a heck of a time getting off the mountain last night.
beautiful snow,but too bad it couldn't have come at a time when we were all more in a snowy mood. It sure was a wet snow!
