Christmas in the Country Reveal

Hope everyone had a very blessed Christmas
and a
Happy New Year!!!

I will say this is one of the things I looked forward to the most this year!  I love doing the christmas in the country.  I love it not only for the fun gifts but because I have met some prity amazing people through this.  I love keeping up on their adventures throughout the year!  It is a great tradition!!!

I was so excited when I received my box:)  My gifts came from Jamie Rhoades over at http://unchartedrhoade.blogspot.com/.  She is the sweetest!! Not only did she send me the best gifts but she helps to organize the whole Christmas in the country exchange. That is a lot of work and I can't tell her how much I appreciate it:)
Her gifts were perfect!!!

I am a big Coffee lover! So the coffee was perfect and I instantly fell in love with the giant coffee mug!! It is the best!!!  And who doesn't love a little chocolate to go with their coffee:)  The beef sticks were yummy, I shared those with the husband who LOVED them:)  The candle smelled AMAZING and burns so great, I might need see if I can order me another online:)  The wood cross ornament is sooooo beautiful and will hang year round!!  And the sweetest part if she remember my fur babies and sent them a special treat!  They loved them!! Thank you soooooo much Jamie for your amazing gifts and for taking the time to make this happen for all of us all over the country:)

Thank you also to Laurie from  https://countrylinked.wordpress.com/ also for all her hard work:)  This is such an amazing blessing!!!!

I had the pleasure of sending my gift to Miss Terryn over at
http://faithfamilyandbeef.com/.  This was a new blog to me and I was very excited to get to know her.  It is fun to see people from areas I have lived before:) She is from the Sandhills of Nebraska and Eric and I worked on a ranch in the sandhills a few years back:)  Love getting to see all her adventures.  I wasn't able to hand make anything this year but I found lots of fun things from around our local little town and a lot of it made by locals:) Love the new people you meet through this.  Can't wait to see what 2016 brings for everyone and for Christmas in the Country 2016:)

  1. Thank you! What a joy this exchange is, especially when we have individuals who keep coming back every year like you Mandie. Jamie is a sweetheart and I love that she remembered your "fur babies"! Thanks again for coming back for another year of CITC!

  2. I'm glad you enjoyed your gifts Mandie! I'm a sucker for big coffee mugs too, lol. I'm glad you liked the candle as well, I've come to realize I really prefer soy candles as they smell stronger and burn much better than the traditional kind. I believe you can get that brand online, let me know if you can't find it and I'll look around. Thanks for participating and sharing!

  3. Mandie,
Looks like Jamie sent just the right package to you! Coffee and chocolate, yea. The cross is really neat.

You are right, Jamie and Laurie do a great job as the foundation Christmas in the Country hosts.

I'm a regular follower of Terryn and clicked over here from her blog. The snowman is adorable! I also like the sign and turquoise tote.
